The programme is designed around 3 modules:
Module 1 in Kolding, DK and module 2 + 3 at INSEAD, France. The programme is designed to provide executives with a skill set necessary to consive, plan and implement innovation and change in their organizations.
The three fundamental building blocks of the program includes Strategy, Innovation and Leadership.
The overriding purpose of the danish module is to create the academic overview and consistency between the three diciplines: Strategy, Innovation and Leadership and to ensure that participants have the same theoretical understanding before going to INSEAD.

At INSEAD sessions on strategy will expose participants to modern tools and frameworks used for analyzing business environment of their companies, examining the sources of companies’ competitive advantage, identification and selection of strategic aliance partners and thinking about ways to create new industries and markets.
Sessions on innovation will focus on discovering and effectively deploying innovations in a global organization, how process innovations emerge, and what levers executives can use to manage the innovation process in a global company.
Sessions on leadership will discuss how leaders can foster talent development, influence teams, implement change, and leverage individual differences to motivate their followers.
