The training focuses entirely on board strategy, board management, board managing risk, corporate governance and is designed for board members.

The programme takes due consideration of the board´s responsibilities in recent years have increasingly come into focus and is centred around a few short intensive modules with lectures on a high and concentrated level;, so board members can ensure, that actions are taken with the apporpriate degree of risk and that management actions do not lead to the destruction af value because of undue risk-taking.
 
The programme is divided into three modules, of which two take place in Denmark and one at INSEAD in France with professors from INSEAD.
